4 Month Stats:
Weight - 14 lbs 4 oz (24%)
Height - 26.25" (91%)
Head - 16.5" (58%)
Eye color - Beautiful blue, with the longest eyelashes you've ever seen!
Hair color - medium brown....has a sweet mohwak on top and thin hair on the back!
Sleeping - Through the night! He has been all month. Sleeps 7-8 hrs every night. Falls asleep about 7:30-8pm, we feed him again and put him to bed around 9-10pm. He wakes up to eat at about 6am and then goes back to sleep until 7:30-8am most mornings. He's a great sleeper at night. He only cat naps during the days, 35-45 minutes usually.
Eating - Aiden still eats about every 3 hours during the day. He takes a bottle great. He's gotten awfully drooly lately, so teething may be right around corner?
Loves - Standing up! Smiling at the sun on his playmat and batting at the toys. Loves to smile smile smile in the mornings and when being put to bed. Still loves to get changed. And just recently has starting grabbing his pee-pee with his left hand every time he gets the chance! Aiden loves when you pretend to eat him and give him fishy face kisses. He enjoys watching Kuna run around and doesn't seem to mind her slobbery kisses either. He closes his eyes and opens her mouth when she kisses him. It's too funny! Aiden loves to suck on his hands and loves when we makes faces and noises at him. He squeals with delight and plays with his voice all the time. He's a blabber machine! Loves bath time and has just started kicking around and splashing more. This kid is always on the move...he kicks non-stop when he's playing on his mats or tummy time. He loves the big wedding picture on the stairs and loves to be snuggled to sleep by mommy at night.
Hates - Most of the times when we try to get his boogies! Aiden hates being too tired and needs mommy a lot in the evenings.
Clothes - He's in size 2 diapers and 6 months clothes. The 3-6 months onesies are just about too small, and he's on the verge of being too long for the 6 month sleepers. Even his baby socks are getting too small! He's our skinny growing machine!
Milestones - Aiden has rolled over from stomach to back on two ocassions, about two weeks ago. But, he clearly didn't know how he did it, and hasn't done it again since! He's so close to rolling from back to stomach if he would just toss his legs. Anytime now! He is purposely reaching for things and is so close to finding is own hands. He's a grabber! He has a super strong grip. He is super strong everywhere for that matter!
He's doing great with my Mom and Dad during the days, and seems to be most fussy on Monday's, getting used to Mommy being gone again. :-( The second day he spent with Robyn was much better than the first, and she's enjoying her time with him.
Aiden is such a delight. His smile is just darling, and lights up our lives. We're so excited to continue to see him grow and learn and keep changing. We love you so much Aiden!
