On Monday, Aiden figured out how to pull himself up in his crib! Uh oh! He's crawling using his knees like a champ and is able to pull up on certain things all by himself. He likes to walk everywhere. Kuna is getting better about letting him be close to her. They were even both in her bed with toys at one point!
Aiden took a bunch of naps in his tipped over seated position this week. So funny! And he still likes to sleep with his face down and butt up most nights. He's so cute. Unless he's super wiped out, he doesn't stay on his back for very long!
Aiden's smile when he sees us in the morning or when we come home is the most incredible feeling. It warms our heart. 💗💗
Aiden tried yogurt this week, and mixed with fruit he seems to like it.
We had a fun trip to Austin. We got to go out on the boat and watching Aiden and Oliver play together was really cute. Sometimes they would play with the same toy, and other times they totally played independent. It will be fun to visit again as they get older. His 2nd tooth starting to break through on Sunday, so considering it was working it's way up all weekend, he was in great spirits. Aiden did well on the planes, although our return flight had a two hour delay, so he took naps in the airport and then was wide awake for the plane ride. A little exhausting for us to entertain him, but he did awesome. Didn't cry at all. He loves to focus on picking up and eating Cheerios, so that was at least 30 minutes of entertainment. Sunday night was a bit of a disaster though! He had a 9pm bedtime after getting home from airport and picking up Kuna. Oh well.

Week 33-
Ross was out of town Monday- late Wednesday this week. Being a single parent would be hard! I was mowing the lawn and cooking dinner and doing things around the house well after Aiden went to bed.

This week Aiden learned to blow raspberries with his mouth and likes to make an oooo sound and little O face. He mainly blows spit but he loves it. :) He also likes to make a clicking noise with his tongue and loves when we do it back to him. He stands in his crib a lot, especially when I'm reading to him at night. He crawls/climbs into the lowest shelf on the living room book case to play with his books. He fell off one day when he tried to sit down on it and wasn't far enough in. Oops! He's liking books a little more and lets us read almost the whole thing to him.
Aiden tries to stand in the bathtub! Tries to stand everywhere! He woke up middle of the night everyday to eat. I'm questioning not waking him for the dream feed anymore.
He loves butternut squash and doesn't love lentils. He'll eat them, but just isn't very interested, as opposed to when it is something that tastes better. His 2nd bottom tooth clearly through. Handling it well and maybe starting to get upper ones? Pushing his fingers towards the top of his mouth a lot.
We had Cammon family photos Saturday for Mom and Dad's 40th wedding anniversary present. He's the cutest prop ever! It screwed up his morning nap, so he wasn't quite as smiley as normal, but he did well. That afternoon we had Ava's pool party. He loved the water and "jumping" up and down in the pool. He loves the water. When we were leaving Ava was saying bye to Aiden and talking to her little friend. She said "he's got cute eyes, but he'll pull your hair". 😂😂 So funny! She heard us talking earlier about how he might grab onto your hair, just like baby Owen and that clearly stuck out in her mind. So cute to hear her talk about him being cute.

We finished the busy Saturday at a worthless Broncos preseason game, but Ron and Delly were excited to spend the time with Aiden.He and I really enjoyed playing in the hose water and drinking from it on Sunday. So fun to watch him touch it and then try to drink it.
Kuna hurt her toe nail by breaking it off on Tuesday, so she had a depressing week not being able to do much. Ross took her to the vet on Thursday and they put her under to cut it back and warp it up. Hopefully it will heal quickly.
Aiden is crawling so much faster these days. Pulls up on everything. So cute!
