Best. Mom. Ever.

Well, what can I say...this blog is totally awesome.  Cristin has done such a good job of keeping track of and recording all of Aiden's firsts, his changes, and our fun times as a family.  She is so dedicated to Aiden, Kuna, and myself.  It will be so cool when we can look back at this years from now and revisit these times of us becoming a family of three (and Kuna for four!) and see all of Aiden's accomplishments.  All of this because she has taken the time to put this together.  Thank you babe!

I am writing this to say thank you to Cristin for all that she has done over the past 20+ months.  As a man, it truly is remarkable to see what a woman is capable of doing.  Cristin nurtured our son in her own body for 40 weeks!  Taking such good care of her own body and health, knowing that everything she put into her body was going to our sweet baby.  Then she delivered Aiden like a complete rockstar, no pain medication due to the extremely short labor, and she didn't even offer up one complaint, not one whine.  I cannot put words to how proud and simply amazed I was with her strength and how tough she is.  Truly unbelievable.

Cristin has continued to amaze me every day since.  Having her as the mother to my son brings warmth to my heart and on most days, tears to my eyes.  She nurtures, teaches, feeds, entertains, and loves Aiden to the max every single day.  And she does all of this on top of working a demanding full time job, doing all of the family shopping and errands, and taking care of me at the same time!  Honestly, sometimes I get exhausted watching her operate...I just don't have the capacity to do all that she does!

Babe, thank you for all that you do for our family.  I know that I don't say or communicate this to you enough.  You are a real life super hero, and I am in awe of your love, strength, and endurance.  I am so thankful to be by your side as we continue to live this adventure that we call our life.  I love you.
